We will be offering fun, micro-performances in the concert hall before the main show to entertain our auction enthusiasts. Please join us!

Parking: There are three parking lots available for the silent auction. We recommend parking in Lot A or B. The Buetow Music Center Auditorium is accessed through The E.M. Pearson Theatre’s main doors on the campus of Concordia University, St. Paul. (See MAP)

The Silent Auction is 100% virtual this year.
This means you should take a few steps in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Here’s what we recommend:
Set up a 32auctions account in advance.
Sign up for bid alerts so you know when you’ve been outbid on an item.
Turn your phone on silent so you don’t interrupt the concert trying to outbid folks.
Upon checkout, payments will be made online through 32auctions via credit card or PayPal.
If you win an item, pick it up on your way out the door after the concert. You’ll need to show ID, proof of purchase, and payment in order to collect your winnings.
The silent auction is our biggest fundraiser every year, and your support helps keep our class prices among the lowest in the Twin Cities.

Need some help making a bid?
Follow these steps to participate in the silent auction!
The silent auction preview begins Wed, Nov 1st. You may preview the items prior to the bidding opening. To do this, set up an account at 32auctions. Bidding opens the day of the concert, Sat, Nov 4th at 5:30 pm, CST.
You have two options for bidding on each item:
Exact Bids: Enter the exact amount you wish to bid. The ‘Current Bid’ will immediately move to this amount.
Proxy Bids: This allows the auction application to bid for you. Just enter the maximum amount you wish to pay for this item. As other people bid on this item, the app will bid for you up to your maximum amount. Your maximum bid amount will remain confidential unless you are outbid. You will receive an email acknowledging your bid and be notified if there is a new, higher bid.
The silent auction closes at 8:15 pm, CST, on Sat, Nov 4th. You will receive an email regarding any items you have won as the highest bidder. Upon closing, payments will be made online through 32auctions via credit card or PayPal.
