A Gyil Circle: February’s Drum Circle

Something NEW for the February drum circle..A GYIL circle! A gyil is an African xylophone played with mallets.  No experience is necessary, and gyils will be provided. This is a perfect opportunity to explore this intriguing, melodic percussion instrument in a fun, easy setting. All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged. Bring your friends or come solo! This event is suitable for people aged 16 to 99 and open to all gender identities.

Instructor: Brooke Darrah-Hage

Cost: $15 per participant

Class Size: The class size is limited to 12 students.

Additional Info: The WDC will be providing the specialized instrument that is played for this session. To ensure each participant will have their own to use, the class size is limited to 12. Please register in advance to guarantee your place.
