The Tree and the Well Institute for Deep Cultural Studies

This organization seeks to study, research, practice, celebrate, and integrate the knowledge, folk traditions, and ancient wisdom of the peoples of Europe. Our Music Director, Kari Kjome, periodically teaches Bodhran and Frame Drum classes within this organization's umbella as well as ours.  

 

Earthtones Chorus

Our performance ensemble, Drumheart, has collaborated with this talented group of women for a number of concert events.  The acappella group performs music from throughout the world in its original language.  Focusing on the musical styles and vocal techniques of many countries means the repertoire is always fresh, exciting and swinging.  They are a treat indeed!
